Domestic Orders (Within Sri Lanka):- All orders (except custom orders) within Sri Lanka will be shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) using Koombiyo Courier Services.
- Arrival dates cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped. Customers will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the shipment's progress.
- Shipping costs a flat rate of LKR 450, regardless of the quantity of soaps ordered.
- Free shipping is available for orders ABOVE LKR 8000.
- Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. We are not responsible for the cost of reshipping packages returned due to incorrect addresses.
- Delays caused by the courier service are beyond our control. Replacement orders can only be dispatched after a reasonable period has elapsed
- For customers in Colombo who wish to save on shipping costs, we offer porch pickup at our Walpola Road, Aggona location. Select the pickup option during checkout.
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Respond to the email to schedule a contactless pickup time.
